I am a mother, a wife, and a photographer. I enjoy documenting the little joys in life. I love that I can give something so unique and special to other families. Photography became a part of me after the birth of my son. I wanted to capture everything about him so I would never forget his tiny-ness, his sweetness, his innocence. That love of photographing my son turned into a passion for photography. It is something I truly love and enjoy. The photographs I create are straight from my heart – the truest, deepest expressions of how I see the world around me. Nothing else lets us take a moment in time and make it last forever.

As a mother, I know how it is to want to cherish all those little things that make our children so special, because today they may be small, but tomorrow they will be grown. Without photographs, it’s easy to forget the way their tiny fingers curl around yours, or the way their lower lip pooches out when they sleep. Those are the treasures we parents hold dear, yet so quickly forget as time goes on.

My style cannot be found in a studio, and does not come with a special degree. My style is just who I am. I like to consider myself more of a photojournalist, or lifestyle photographer. My goal is to capture those memories easily forgotten.

I don’t necessarily look for a smile; instead I shoot what I see. I aim to capture natural expressions in response to the world around us. In the end, I hope I can achieve those goals, and send you home with photos that truly represent your children and family exactly how you want to remember them when they are older and their childhood is behind them.

Scheduling Your Session
Jennifer is usually booked 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Currently, Jennifer is only available on Saturdays.

Sessions are by appointment only. You may call to schedule a session or email Jennifer to discuss availability. Upon booking your session important details such as location preferences, policies and what you are hoping to accomplish during your session will be discussed. We will also discuss your child, their age, their likes and dislikes, etc. You will also receive a packet with information regarding your upcoming session, sample pricing and Jennifer's policies and procedures.

Non-refundable session retainer fee is due within 3 days of booking your session in order to reserve your preferred date and time.
